n="0951016"/>定。如是进退皆不应 <lb ed="X" n="0951a15"/>理。 二量。</p> <lb ed="X" n="0951a16"/><p xml:id="pX53p0951a1601">八<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951017" n="0951017"/>执四分者为破三分立比量云、自证必有<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951018" n="0951018"/>即 <lb ed="X" n="0951a17"/>体<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951019" n="0951019"/>能证。心分摄故。犹如相分。自证应非心 <lb ed="X" n="0951a18"/>分所摄。以无<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951020" n="0951020"/>即体之能证故。如兔角等。判 <lb ed="X" n="0951a19"/>云、此二比量是似非真。皆不能離不定过故。 <lb ed="X" n="0951a20"/>谓、自证分、为如相分、心分摄故、有<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951021" n="0951021"/>即体 <lb ed="X" n="0951a21"/>能证。为如眼识生相、心分摄故、无<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951022" n="0951022"/>即体能 <lb ed="X" n="0951a22"/>证。如是前因有不定过。又自证分、为如兔 <lb ed="X" n="0951a23"/>角、无<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951023" n="0951023"/>即体能证故、非心分摄。为如耳识相 <lb ed="X" n="0951a24"/>分三相、无<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951024" n="0951024"/>即体能证故、是心分所摄。如是 <pb ed="X" xml:id="X53.0860.0951b" n="0951b"/> <lb ed="X" n="0951b01"/>後因亦有不定。若彼救言、五识三相不離体 <lb ed="X" n="0951b02"/>故、是其自证之所缘境、理亦不然。相分三 <lb ed="X" n="0951b03"/>相不離相故。五识见分亦得缘故。此若不许、 <lb ed="X" n="0951b04"/>彼何得然。设许彼前、此必不许、五识能缘 <lb ed="X" n="0951b05"/>法界<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951025" n="0951025"/>诸处、法相杂乱。违理教故。只<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951026" n="0951026"/>由如是 <lb ed="X" n="0951b06"/>相分三相、于彼二因、<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951027" n="0951027"/>足作不定。设彼救言、 <lb ed="X" n="0951b07"/>相分三相非心分摄、则有比量相违过失。当 <lb ed="X" n="0951b08"/>知、第四分、有言而无義。 二量。</p> <lb ed="X" n="0951b09"/><p xml:id="pX53p0951b0901">九无性摄论、为成第八、对彼小乘立二比量。 <lb ed="X" n="0951b10"/>谓八识教是圣言摄。<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951028" n="0951028"/>似无我故。如四阿含。 <lb ed="X" n="0951b11"/>又八识教契当道理。是圣教故。如六识教。 <lb ed="X" n="0951b12"/>如是辗转证有八识。今于此中、直就所诠而 <lb ed="X" n="0951b13"/>立比量证<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951029" n="0951029"/>□□<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951030" n="0951030"/>□谓眼耳鼻识必有舌身意识不 <lb ed="X" n="0951b14"/>摄馀<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951031" n="0951031"/>别识。<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951032" n="0951032"/>非<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951033" n="0951033"/>二六门中三识摄故。犹如舌身 <lb ed="X" n="0951b15"/>意识。此中极成六识为他<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951034" n="0951034"/>异品、自许八识为 <lb ed="X" n="0951b16"/>自<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951035" n="0951035"/>异品、三识摄因于彼不转。是故此因决定 <lb ed="X" n="0951b17"/>能立。若以转识摄故为因、则于他<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951036" n="0951036"/>异转。设 <lb ed="X" n="0951b18"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951037" n="0951037"/>以是识性故为因、亦于自<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951038" n="0951038"/>异品转、皆不能離 <lb ed="X" n="0951b19"/>不定过也。 三量。</p> <lb ed="X" n="0951b20"/><p xml:id="pX53p0951b2001">十成唯识论立比量言、第八必有<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951039" n="0951039"/>俱有所依。 <lb ed="X" n="0951b21"/>是识性故。如六识等。此因不定、有等难故。 <lb ed="X" n="0951b22"/>谓有立言、<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951040" n="0951040"/>第八必无<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951041" n="0951041"/>俱有所依。是根本故。犹 <lb ed="X" n="0951b23"/>如真如。若言此有有法差别相违过失、能成 <lb ed="X" n="0951b24"/>第八是无为故、是则前因亦有是过、能成第 <pb ed="X" xml:id="X53.0860.0951c" n="0951c"/> <lb ed="X" n="0951c01"/>八是转识故。若言自<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951042" n="0951042"/>□故不成难、彼亦违自 <lb ed="X" n="0951c02"/>故非难也。今者别立、<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951043" n="0951043"/>赖耶末那必无<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951044" n="0951044"/>俱有所 <lb ed="X" n="0951c03"/>依之根。非六识性之所摄故。如眼根等。若 <lb ed="X" n="0951c04"/>难此因有相违过、能成七八非能缘性、如眼 <lb ed="X" n="0951c05"/>根等、此亦不然。由心所法成不定故。若言 <lb ed="X" n="0951c06"/>望前亦有不定、以心所法非六识性有所依故、 <pb ed="X" xml:id="X53.0860.0952a" n="0952a"/> <lb ed="X" n="0952a01"/>此非不定。以前立言所依根故。若望心所、但 <lb ed="X" n="0952a02"/>是所依非所依根、法处所摄不待根故。是故 <lb ed="X" n="0952a03"/>彼宗、虽知依与所依差别、未解所依与根有 <lb ed="X" n="0952a04"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952001" n="0952001"/>异。若论所依、通于八识及与心所。其所依 <lb ed="X" n="0952a05"/>根不通心所及于七八。有破此宗立比量云、 <lb ed="X" n="0952a06"/>意识<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952002" n="0952002"/>俱有根定非能<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952003" n="0952003"/>能缘性。六识心心所之所 <lb ed="X" n="0952a07"/>不摄故。六识<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952004" n="0952004"/>俱有根随<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952005" n="0952005"/>一所摄故、如眼根等 <lb ed="X" n="0952a08"/>彼宗<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952006" n="0952006"/>反以法处所摄色法为意、故作是难。此 <lb ed="X" n="0952a09"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952007" n="0952007"/>尘通破大乘诸宗。然有相违决定过生。谓立 <lb ed="X" n="0952a10"/>意根必非色性。有分别识不共依故。如第六 <lb ed="X" n="0952a11"/>识俱有作意。由此等难彼因不定。 五量。</p> <lb ed="X" n="0952a12"/><p xml:id="pX53p0952a1201">十一如声论师立声为常所闻性故、若对勝论 <lb ed="X" n="0952a13"/>相违决定、对<persName>佛</persName>弟子不共不定、以无共许同 <lb ed="X" n="0952a14"/>品法故。有难此因立比量言、所闻性因应非 <lb ed="X" n="0952a15"/>疑因。同品无故。如相违因。又立、此因应 <lb ed="X" n="0952a16"/>非不定。<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952008" n="0952008"/>异品无故。犹如正因。<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952009" n="0952009"/>备法师云、理 <lb ed="X" n="0952a17"/>门论<anchor ref="#CB00830">缺</g><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952025" n="0952025"/>一 而是真因、非不 <lb ed="X" n="0952b02"/>定故、故不能作相违决定。又前所立<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952026" n="0952026"/>异品无 <lb ed="X" n="0952b03"/>故非疑因者、亦有不定。如诸相违决定之因。 <lb ed="X" n="0952b04"/>虽<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952027" n="0952027"/>异品无是疑因。故唯有同品无故之因、 <lb ed="X" n="0952b05"/>且離不定、立非疑因。<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952028" n="0952028"/>此中应立相违比量。 <lb ed="X" n="0952b06"/>谓、所闻性不定<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952029" n="0952029"/>因摄。等立相违宗故。犹如 <lb ed="X" n="0952b07"/>共不定因。如理门论<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952030" n="0952030"/>显此因云、以若不共所 <lb ed="X" n="0952b08"/>成立法、<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952031" n="0952031"/>立所有差别遍摄一切、皆是疑因。 <lb ed="X" n="0952b09"/>唯彼有性彼所摄故、一向離故。案云、不共 <lb ed="X" n="0952b10"/>所成立者、如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952032" n="0952032"/>立声<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952033" n="0952033"/>常所闻性故、或立无常所 <lb ed="X" n="0952b11"/>闻性故、如是一切无不等立。故言所有遍摄 <lb ed="X" n="0952b12"/>一切。由是道理、所闻性因望彼一切皆是疑 <lb ed="X" n="0952b13"/>因。一向離故者、转成等立诸宗之義。以望 <lb ed="X" n="0952b14"/>诸宗皆同不共。皆同是一<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952034" n="0952034"/>向義。不共是<anchor n="0952039"/>问。具足三相应是正因、何<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952040" n="0952040"/>故此中而言不定。 <lb ed="X" n="0952b19"/>答。此疑未决、不敢解之。有<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952041" n="0952041"/>通释者、随<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952042" n="0952042"/>而 <lb ed="X" n="0952b20"/>为<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952043" n="0952043"/>注<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952044" n="0952044"/>此中问意、立比量云、违决<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952045" n="0952045"/>中因应是正 <lb ed="X" n="0952b21"/>因。<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952046" n="0952046"/>具三相故。如馀真因。今者通曰、违决 <lb ed="X" n="0952b22"/>之因非正因摄。有等难故。如相违因。由此 <lb ed="X" n="0952b23"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952047" n="0952047"/>显彼有不定过。又此二因非相违摄。同品有 <lb ed="X" n="0952b24"/>故。犹如正因。又此二因非不成摄。是共许 <pb ed="X" xml:id="X53.0860.0952c" n="0952c"/> <lb ed="X" n="0952c01"/>故。如不共因。如是二因不定因摄。非正、非 <lb ed="X" n="0952c02"/>违、非不成故。如馀五种不定因也。 六量。</p> <lb ed="X" n="0952c03"/><p xml:id="pX53p0952c0301">十三或有为难五种<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952048" n="0952048"/>之性、立比量言、无性有 <lb ed="X" n="0952c04"/>情必当作<persName>佛</persName>。以有心故。如有性者。此因不 <lb ed="X" n="0952c05"/>定、故成不难。为如诸<persName>佛</persName>、以有心故、非当 <lb ed="X" n="0952c06"/>作<persName>佛</persName>。为如菩萨、以有心故、必当作<persName>佛</persName>。<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952049" n="0952049"/>前 <lb ed="X" n="0952c07"/>所立因、言以未成<persName>佛</persName>之有情故、此因亦有他 <lb ed="X" n="0952c08"/>不定过。为如菩萨种姓、为如决定二乘。若 <lb ed="X" n="0952c09"/>为避此、更立宗言、无性<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952050" n="0952050"/>性有情决定二乘皆 <lb ed="X" n="0952c10"/>当作<persName>佛</persName>。以未成<persName>佛</persName>有情摄故。犹如菩萨。此 <lb ed="X" n="0952c11"/>有等难、故成不定。如是三人非当作<persName>佛</persName>。以 <lb ed="X" n="0952c12"/>无大乘无漏种子而非菩萨种姓摄故。如木石 <pb ed="X" xml:id="X53.0860.0953a" n="0953a"/> <lb ed="X" n="0953a01"/>等诸无情物。又有比量相违过失。谓、五<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0953001" n="0953001"/>种 <lb ed="X" n="0953a02"/>姓中、馀四种姓堕地狱时、应有四德、许作 <lb ed="X" n="0953a03"/><persName>佛</persName>故、如菩萨姓。许则违教、不许违理。此 <lb ed="X" n="0953a04"/>违自<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0953002" n="0953002"/>悟比量过也。 五量。</p> <lb ed="X" n="0953a05"/><p
